Acrosstown Repertory Theatre!!

Acrosstown Repertory
Theatre!!

Terror takes the stage for three weekends in October with staged versions of two of the darker tales of Edgar Allen Poe, The Masque of the Red Death and The Tell Tale Heart. The program includes as well W.W. Jacobs’ The Monkey’s Paw, which shows what may happen to people when their wishes are granted. It’s a great precursor to Halloween, whose ghosts and goblins may pale in comparison.

Midnight Madness  Friday, Oct 18 9:00pm Gainesville Raceway

Have you got a muscle car that can out run anyone? …or maybe the hottest sport compact on the block? Prove once and for all that you’ve got what it takes under the hood legally and safely by taking your ride to the dragstrip and race the strip, not the street. It’s safe, it’s fun, and it won’t put you in jail. The only thing you risk is having fun. WHOOOO WHOOOO!!

BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND!!!  Dance Alive National Ballet’s PHANTOM is a creation by award-winning choreographer Kim Tuttle. Vivid and dramatic, we are drawn into the torn life of the Phantom. Classical and contemporary – from high tech light effects to a uniquely bold revolving set. PHANTOM mesmerizes, enchants and thrills. Love and obsession, good versus evil, and a classic love triangle – this is PHANTOM.
